2: Crowded and cluttered closets and pantries. Edit, edit, and edit. Crammed or cluttered spaces give potential buyers the perception that there is not enough storage space and we all love storage. So get rid of excess or seasonal items so that the potential buyers can see the space for what it really is. Storage Sells!!
