There are many components to staging a house!
 
 Some stagers will work with rearranging existing furnishings; others create an entirely “new look" by adding their own or rented furnishings and accessories. Some will insist on major remodels and coordinate painters, landscapers and other service providers.
Many will combine both approaches; it all depends on the seller's needs and their budget.
 
Watching a stager is like watching a magician. A stager can move a piece of furniture from one side of the room to another and completely change the feeling and focus in that space.
 
A stager offers not only a fresh perspective, but an understanding of why a change is important.
 
Whatever the approach, staging houses for market appears to make a difference to buyers.
