How can I recognize mold?
When a mold spore comes into contact with a moist nutrient source and humidity conditions are right, it will begin to propagate. This growth will appear as a circular spot.
How fast does mold grow?
If conditions are right, it can take 24-48 hours.
Where can mold be found in houses?
It can be found in: wall cavities, floors, ceilings, attics, basements or crawl spaces, showers, closets and cabinets.
Does mold smell like anything?
Musty smells are frequently associated with mold growth.
