Posted Mortgage Rates are going up!

I wanted to let you all know that RBC has increased its rates for the 3, 4, and 5 year terms. Competitors will most likely follow.  With that in mind I still have a couple of days to try to get pre-approvals with old rates, so please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested.

Sales-to-Active Listings (Toronto, GTA)

This graph shows the number of sales to active listings ratio for the west
districts in the GTA.

It clearly shows that about 55% of all active listings on the market
are selling; this is very high compared to the previous spring market.
The market is very hot right now.
